Refund Policy

At KdKd, we strive to deliver quality-assured, handpicked, and often rare-to-find products to our valued customers across India. Due to the nature of our operations, refund requests are governed by the following policy:
🚫 No Refunds on Orders
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after ordering
Dislike of color, size, or fit
Unavailability to receive the delivery
Delay caused by courier companies
Preference mismatch or personal expectations

A refund or resolution will be considered only in the following rare cases: The product delivered does not match the image or description provided on the product page.

✅ Refunds Only in Exceptional Cases
Refunds are considered only if all of the following apply:
You receive the wrong product (completely different from what was ordered)
The item is damaged in transit, and there is valid proof shared within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unavailable or undeliverable from our end, and cancellation is initiated by KdKd Support Team.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage if a customer uses abusive language, displays intolerable or disrespectful behavior, or engages in harassment toward our support team—even when our team is responding respectfully and assisting as per policy.
In such cases, where customer conduct is deemed hostile, manipulative, or overclever, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misuse or misconduct.

📸 Mandatory Proof
In any rare event where a refund is considered:
Clear unboxing video and product images must be provided
All packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Investigation and verification by our team may take 3–5 working days

💳 Mode of Refund
If approved, the refund will be processed and may be issued in the form of store credit or discount coupon valid on your next purchase.
