We at KdKd take pride in delivering premium, handpicked products from our local inventory as well as curated selections from across the globe. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our shipping terms carefully:
🚚 Dispatch Timelines
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation.
Arranged/curated items (especially international or rare products) are dispatched within 30–32 working days, depending on sourcing and customs clearance.
📍 Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 2–3 working days
Tier 2 & remote areas: 3–5 working days
Internationally sourced items may take 30–40 days in total depending on the logistics partner and customs clearance.
Replacement will aslo take sample timeline including the timeline for delivery and for return shipment i.e 40-50 days for Internationally sourced items and 10-12 days for Stock Items.
📦 Shipping Partners
We use trusted logistics services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others for both domestic and international deliveries. Tracking details are shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email once the product is shipped.
💸 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or on select products.
🚛 Heavy Items & Bulk Orders
For heavy or large-size items, shipping will be arranged based on feasibility and customer convenience. Depending on the product, delivery may be done via tempo, truck, or container service. Our warehouse team or warehouse manager will personally coordinate with you before dispatch to ensure smooth handling and delivery as per your availability and location requirements.
❗Small Package Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not accepted or remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable phone number, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, reshipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.

📦 Packaging
All items are packed securely and tamper-checked before dispatch. Fragile or premium items are given extra protective packaging.
📸 Proof of Delivery Issues
In case the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, please make an unboxing video before opening.
No claims will be accepted without proper video evidence shared within 24 hours of delivery.
🕐 Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare cases.
