🚫 No Returns Allowed
We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, color preferences, or personal dislikes.Size exchanges are offered only in select cases for clothing items.
✅ When a Replacement is Possible
A replacement or resolution will be considered only in the following rare cases:
The product delivered does not match the image or description provided on the product page.

🔍 However, this must be assessed logically and reasonably, not based on interpretation of a single word or minor phrasing. Please understand that product descriptions are indicative, and variations may exist, especially for handmade, imported, or uniquely sourced items.
🔄 Types of Products
In-stock items: These are available for immediate dispatch.
Arranged items: These are procured only after your order and are often curated from premium international sources.
Hence, we request customers to place orders thoughtfully, understanding that arranged products are not cancelable or returnable, except in the case mentioned above.

Note: All dispatched couriers and customer communications are duly recorded and documented for reference and verification.

No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
Many of our products are specially arranged from different corners of the globe, involving multiple people, resources, and international/domestic courier networks. The process begins immediately after your order—including costs for shipping, customs, and coordination.

Even for in-stock items, dispatch typically happens within 2–4 hours of ordering from our warehouse. Hence, cancellations result in non-recoverable losses and are not permitted under any circumstances. We request you to place orders with full confidence and awareness.
